TOLES je pismeni ispit (test čitanja i pisanja).  Ispit se fokusira na praktične pravne vještine poput sastavljanja i tumačenja ugovora na engleskom jeziku, pisanja emailova i pisama koji se obično razmjenjuju u pravnoj korespondenciji.
